This is my 1970 AAR Cuda clone. It started as a 1970 Barracuda with a 318 and a 4 speed with air conditioning. Over several years, my father, my cousin Willie, his friend Barry and I transformed the stock Barracuda into the clone you see here. It currently has a 360 with a .528" mechanical cam, M1 single plan intake, 750 cfm Speed Demon, Mopar Perfromance electrical ignition with the chrom box, Jacobs Ignition coil, along with Jacobs ceramic booted wires. The heads are stock 360 heads that were home ported. Barry painted the car 2001 Chrysler Intense Blue, and used Hot Rod Flat Black for the hood. My cousin Willie and Barry also installed the sunken stainless steel fuel cell and finished the trunk in with a stainless steel floorpan. They also added the black factory carpeting to complement the two tone paint. I am sincerely grateful for all of their help on this project. The car is extremely fun to drive with the 4 speed and runs in the 12 second bracket when drag racing. Future modifications include a 150 horsepower nitrous kit that has already been purchased, along with better cylinder heads. The current license plates are HRMSWAY, which were the same plates my father had on his big block duster...
