About my Mustang

It's a 1968 Mustang convertible w/ a stroked 331 Dart Iron Eagle block and Dart Pro 1 heads. The rotating assemble is an Eagle all forged w/ dished SRP blwer pistons. The valvetrain a fully rollerized hydraulic w/ about .560 lift cam. The supercharger is a B&M 144 topped by a Barry Grant 825 Mighty Demon. Ignition is a Crane Hi-6 w/ a timing boost retard and an MSD distributor. The headers are FPA ceramic coated step headers (1 5/8" to 1 7/8") going into a mandrel bent 2 1/2" exhaust system w/ an x-pipe and Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers. Transmission is a C4 w/ a reverse manual valve body and a TCI Street Fighter torque converter backed by a Gearvendors overdrive unit. This connects to the rear by way of an oversize aluminum driveshaft going into an N case 9" w/ a Detroit Locker w/ 3.70 Richmond gears and Moser 31 spline axles. To hook up, Mickey Thompson 275/60R15 Drag radials are mounted on 15x8 factory looking wheels. The car has run a best of 11.44 at 117 w/ a 1,56 sixty foot at 7 pounds of boost. Drives like a clock on the street and like an animal at the track.
