Ever since I was 9 years old I have always wanted a camaro, more specifically a 1969 black camaro with silver racing stripes.  Fast forward 13 years later and I found "El Diablo," a 68 maroon camaro with silver stripes. I found him on hemmings.com down in Georgia. I drove from my home in NJ to go look at him and I fell in love. This was July 14, 2007. It's a great car. There isn't too much wrong with it other than cosmetic items. I do want to replace the carburetor among other things. I'm very new to the mechanical aspect of classic car appreciation. I've been an admirer for years. Now I'm ready to get my hands dirty and take it to the next level!
