1969 Camaro z28 equipped with the original DZ 302 motor and Muncie 4 speed .This car had been covered up in storage for over 25 years and was found in the summer of 2005 . I bought the car from the third owner and he had given me a bill of sale from the guy he bought it from 25 years ago. I called the phone number on the bill of sale and talked to the second owner that had bought it from the original owner which was his auto shop teacher in 1976. The car was built at the Van Nuys California plant in April of 1969 (narrow deck stripes) then spent its life in Whittier California from 1969 through 1981 then moved to Lake Havasu City Arizona in late 1981.I purchased the car in 2005 and had the original 302 motor , transmission and suspension completly gone through . As far as the paint job goes all I did was washed and buffed it out.I now enjoy taking it to car shows and cruising it around our small town. The Camaro had also been displayed in the Riverside Casino in Laughlin Nevada during the 2007 year. This all original z28 is truly a real surviver.
