I bought my first car, a '73 Malibu, when I was 16. I drove it every day I wasn't working on it a raced it on weekends along with my brother and his '76 El Camino. My car ran high 11's my brother's low 12's. When I was 19 my dad borrowed my Malibu to pick up my mom from work in Houston. It was stollen and never recovered. Christmas Day 2005 I found my dream again in the form of a '73 Chevelle SS. It had a 350 from a '70 Chevelle, M20 from a '63 Impalla, & an aluminum high rise intake and rally wheels from a '67 Vet. I sold the engine and trans to pay for body work and bought a wrecked '73 and now have a #'s matching 350/350 combo. I am slowly working on my SS as time and money are availible. My next project is to install my engine and trans and build the exhaust so I can drive it again between projects. Pic's and details to follow.
