I had been working on this car for about 6 months when my NG unit was deployed to Camp Beuhring Kuwait for OIF. The attached photo's are the point I got to getting ready for painting. This is my first attempt at restoring any car and painting myself, so after first coat of primer, I see spots I'm gonna have to go back and touch up. Original 350 Rocket engine bored 60 over with Thrush exhaust, Flowmaster headers with 3 inch collectors. Aluminum Edelbrock intake with 4 Barrel Quadrajet carb, and 350 Turbo transmission. Not exactly sure of the horses, but should be a little over 500. As I said before, I had to put the project on hold due to deployment, but hope to be able to finish up around June 2010.
