About my Skylark

A 1964 Buick Skylark with the heart of a Wildcat. This is still a work in progress, but I managed to bring the car back from the dead. The car was found in Orange county, CA. sitting in the back yard(with a few of the hardest parts to find, missing). I had taken it apart and a frame off restoration occurred in my garage by myself over the course of 22 months. (I never worked on cars and honestly I still don't know squat). I studied magazines, on-line groups and videos.  The result is this.

1965 Buick 401 Nailhead bored .30 over
1965 Buick ST 400 3-spd transmission
Mild Cam (TA Performance)
Headers (TA Performance)
Flowmaster 50 series mufflers with 2.5 inch pipes
Drilled and Slotted front disc brakes (CPP)
2" Drop spindles (CPP)
1-1/4" Front sway bar (OPGI)
Anti-Hop bars (TA Performance)
17 x 8 wrapped with 225  (MB Wheels)
17 x 9 wrapped with 255  (MB Wheels)
